Overview

Upper Mustang trek is to be experienced once in a lifetime. The historic background of the Upper Mustang attracts trekkers towards it. Since it was a forbidden kingdom, now has been permitted to explore for a limited number of visitors. The climate is dry and lands similar to deserts. Historical sites and old caves are the prime attraction of this region. The caves are mysterious and almost 800 years old.

The view of Annapurna (8091m), Dhaulagiri (8167m) with many mountain ranges supported by historic villages, landscapes and caves are thrilling and remarkable. Due to excessive cold in the winter people migrate to other cities and only a few of them stay in this region. Migrants from Tibet a hundred years ago are the inhabitants of this region and follow Buddhist religion. One of the main attraction of this region is soul refreshing wind blows and never ending view of hills and mountains.
